    Great class as always with Mat, he has great energy and music but one thing I would like him to do is to say the speed range we should shoot for on the treadmill. For example, “fast run is 6 to 8” or whatever it is because I honestly shut my brain off and don’t want to have to remember what the range is for sprint vs jog vs run vs fast run while I’m doing it

    Greg is such a pure and kind soul that makes class fun for everyone but please please no loud sparklers or whatever was set off during the Thurs 5:30 class to celebrate someone. It was SO loud and distracting - my first thought was someone had fallen off their treadmill and the person next to me got so spooked she nearly fell off her treadmill. The “regulars” here could go a long way to being considerate of the rest of the class.

    I did not expect a dance class to be so challenging but it was relentless cardio, constant movement, and even a little toning session. Kate is contagiously energetic. She cues the next moves perfectly so it's easy to follow along and stay moving!

    Newbie to Berry’s here, and Meg was awesome! I was really intimidated by the clientele at first - everyone was so serious and not too many smiles going around, but once I got into the workout, I had a great time! The low lights and loud music made it easy for me to just focus on myself and get the most out of my 50 minutes. I like the set up of switching between the floor and the treadmill. and the muscle fatigue was so real, but so satisfying. I’ll be back!

    Brenna is one of best, most genuinely enthusiastic instructors! She motivates just through her positivity. Class has guidelines to help guide your speed zones for either runners or walkers, but still gives you plenty of flexibility to make the class as hard as you want it to be.

    Great class. John was really helpful for any form corrections or pushing your weight/reps. The music was fire, the format was accessible but humbling, and everyone was so nice. Bring water with and a sweat towel - you'll need it. They have showers with everything you need, just bring a bath towel.

    Loved this class! It was nice to have several different circuits and Steve did a great job giving the class plan and demoing ahead of time. There was great energy in the class, I would definitely come back!

    Really welcoming environment, you could tell the regulars have all become friends and are supportive of each other. Instructor was friendly and very helpful lightly correcting form. It was a good station-based workout with plenty of modifications to make things harder or easier.
