I attended an evening class, darkened lighting gently lit with LED candles— so soothing. Kekoa’s cues were thoughtful and soothing, encouraging me to really drop in and focus deeply inward. An exceptional experience.

They offer great verbal cues/ adjustments that help strengthen my poses, and Collyn offers amazing hands on adjustments. The atmosphere was energetic (especially the fun colored lights which I LOVED) and I had so much fun sculpting and then dancing it out. After cool down she brought out cold towels with essential oils that felt like a perfect way to wind down after a great class. I love to dance and never really have the ability to go to dance clubs anymore so this fills that need and gives me a workout. Win win!

And the Encinitas studio has got to be the prettiest most peaceful studio around with the big windows on two sides and the sunlight coming in through the trees in the late afternoon.
