I entered to a lovely ambiance / beautifully decorated area and a friendly receptionist, then had a one hour massage with a practitioner who was great helping relieve the stress / tension. We got a short intruction, which was good, but I was expecting a bit more guidance for a beginner. You have to rent the shoes for 35 DKK, if you don’t have your own. It was super cold in the area.
