This was in their large downstairs studio, which can be quite cold so be sure to wear layers (this is not a workout class, so you won’t be sweating or moving much). Also, since they don’t have curtains or blinds, there are sometimes a lot of noise and light pollution from the parking lot and street (pedestrians walking by and talking, car headlights, bus announcements, etc.)

se alle anmeldelserI actually really enjoy when teachers at least provide or give the opportunity for more challenging poses! And this class was awesome does that! I’ve been doing yoga now on and off for like 8 years and to be honest, sometimes I can get really complacent and that’s fine of course but sometimes I want to push myself and try something new with my body and see “okay can my body do this or is this a new limitation? Or is this a new discovery??” But what happens too often is I get so use to the same poses and the same flows and never even attempt anything more difficult . As such, I LOVED that this teacher snuck in a few more modifications to kick things up a notch for those who wanted the challenge that practice!
