    I’ve been wanting to try this workout for sometime but I was a little afraid that I am not ready for it yet because of the way the classes were defined, like it’s the “most effective workout” out there etc., this can be intimidating at first, the class that I joined today was intense but doable, if you’re doing F45 classes before, think of the weights class of F45 with additional 15 minutes of treadmill done in a dark room like Flyweight. I enjoyed the class with Clark so it’s a 5 star for me, he’s super amazing and I would give him 6 stars :) The place is amazing and deserves 6 stars too. But I feel that it’s missing something, I was looking for that after-the-class feeling like you feel powerful after Flyweight, “we’re in it together” during and after F45, or even that homy and “you did it” feeling after a class in Saddlerow. It’s just not there. It’s a “sosyal” version of F45 with treadmill if you ask me :)

Only thing about this location is that the parking rates are on the high side - RM3 for the first hour basement parking AND 10% TnG/cc surcharge on top of it with no option to take a ticket (really, Hartamas Shopping Centre?).     Joshua is awesome today. He tried something different and focusing on slower paced higher resistance. It’s a refreshing change. Hope he will do more of these focused rides. Because the class is more structured and well-thought out in terms of alternating of intensity, speed and endurance. Kai gave us a good workout, lots of balancing and control required because of the intense upper body movements. Double time pretty much killed me. Playlist isn’t my fav tbh.     Even though they do explain how things work, it takes a while to get used to (for newcomers). Esp when you’re exhausted but gotta listen for instructions. It truly is a total body class as promised. Be prepared to die (and look ugly) in front of a hot instructor.

    Kamesh feels like the Singapore version of Akin - the type of person that cares a lot about your growth and pushing you to higher levels! So so good, song list and moves were solid! Just a word of advice - maybe keep pets out of the studio. They are cute (!!!) but there are people who are terribly afraid of them. It’s a small space and there’s a girl who screamed her heart out when the two golden retrievers came by.

    Awesome class - first time trying out Topfit and I wasn’t disappointed. Excellent facilities, and Nathalie was a great instructor. Have a recent injury on my lower back so she was very conscious of what I could and couldn’t do. Would definitely repeat.
