She reads the room very well, gives you variations, and she squeezes in some English so everyone is comfortable. She is one of those teachers who walks the room and helps with adjustments to your asana or challenges you to go further, if you want.

se alle anmeldelserAbsolutely amazing. I come for the satsang. Absolutely amazing guru like teacher Eva. She is firm, gentle and does the best concious assists. Acknowledging everyone in the room. The shala was extra warm from hot yoga before which felt nice. Very wonderful practice with great awereness ques Eva makes it easy to stay present and the practice is internally challenging and often brings me to a state of bliss in body and holistically, during and days after. So knowledgeable and pain relief and clarity of mind that stays. She often gives profound yoga philosophy ponderings and easily brings everyone out of their own heads and right into the here and now and levels up. She is magic.

se alle anmeldelserThe actual class was quite good but I didn’t really like the premises. The changing room felt quite old and the yoga mats provided felt sticky and smelt like feet. If I’d have known, I would have brought my own. Also it would have been good to have the option of English instruction.
