Dayani is a wonderful instructor and she is a delight to learn from. Kundalini is quite different from your typical forms of yoga but I enjoyed it. It involves breath-work, meditation, chanting, and dynamic movement. It helped me to create more openness internally and loosen my body. After the class, Dayani offered to pour us some tea which was so lovely. I would highly recommend coming here for yoga, tea, community, or all of the above. I will definitely be coming back!

I did dance as a kid so I had some basis for what to do, but she didn’t even talk about foot or arm position or proper posture until I asked if I was in the wrong level. After checking she told me some people stay in that class for roughly 9 months before progressing to beginner, so keep that in mind.

She gave excellent guidance for breath work and the flow throughout class, and also provided hands on corrections that helped me achieve a pose I’ve been struggling with. se alle anmeldelserI’d recommend to show up early (at least 20 minutes) to find parking. My friends and I carpooled and we were lucky enough to find a spot in front. It isn’t in the best neighborhood so just be sure to not leave any valuables in your car & be alert when taking a night class. The class itself is on the 5th floor so there are quite a few flights to climb but the atmosphere you walk into is so welcoming! The front desk receptionist was super kind and helpful reminding us to fill out a waiver prior. The class itself was nice ans I was able to get a good stretch in and relax after a long day. The instructor took her time to get to know the participants and reminded us that this is OUR practice and we have range of how far we want to go within each move.

I found the salon just scrolling through class pass & honestly the experience far exceeded any expectations. From the moment I walked there was nothing but good vibes and a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Having booked both a Brazilian wax and Custom Facial, I got to spend a few hours with Danielle. Not only was she extremely professional, but her sweet & bubbly demeanor made me instantly feel comfortable and like I was getting my service done from a friend!! The Brazilian was impeccable & not a single hair was left unscathed. LOL. And when I say I've never had a facial where the esthetician is as detailed and skillful you'll only be able to understand once you go.
