Ekstra rengøring

All equipment and high touch surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned before and after every use. Each individual will have their own spray bottle to clean as they go through their workouts. Gym and equipment are sprayed with anti-micro bacterial once a week.

No late entry permitted. Contactless check-in will be implemented, all attendees must check in before class.

Udstyrspolitik

Boxing Gloves are need for all Fight Fit, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Muay Thai classes. Will provide for your 1st time if you need. Otherwise you will need to bring your own or gloves are available to rent.
