It was a fast paced and challenging workout, but Todd did an excellent job calling out modifications so everyone could choose what’s right for them. There were a lot of people in the class, but the mats were laid out with enough space to flow through the exercises comfortably. They had a special setup with the equipment laid out for me since it was my first time - appreciate the thoughtfulness of this and it made me feel very welcomed to the studio :) The studio space is large, clean, and well equipped. Music was upbeat and engaging - I could still easily hear Todd’s instruction through the mic. You can really tell Todd is passionate about teaching and this studio seems to run like a well oiled machine! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back for another class

se alle anmeldelserThis is a really special class. I wasn't sure if it would be for me, since I have never been formally diagnosed with ADHD (but I do display some symptoms.) I found it very soothing and many of the techniques are easy to do at home. It's also clear that Anna cares very much about the class. If you have any doubts just give it a shot. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Also, would recommend trying sooner rather than later. I don't think this class is going anywhere but Flowmagin tends to shuffle its schedule a lot.
