My legs were like jelly afterwards 😂 Deanna is an amazing instructor and kept us motivated throughout and prioritised the stretching accordingly so that somehow I wasn’t crippled the next day! I will say that it’s probably the hardest intermediate reformer class I’ve been to and might be closer to advanced for a few people, so bear that in mind when booking (with other instructors it’s definitely easier) But I still loved it and would 100% go back!

She gave very clear instructions, demonstrating each movement while also explaining what to focus on, and made sure we maintained the correct form throughout the class. The facility is beautiful and well-equipped, and the studio was spacious and comfortable. The AC was a little loud, but thankfully she used a microphone, so I had no trouble hearing her. As it was my very first Rhythm Ride class, I was a little nervous, but Adam was incredibly welcoming, patient, and encouraging. He took the time to explain everything, made sure I was set up correctly, and guided me throughout the class, which made me feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. The 45-minute Rhythm Ride was so much fun! It was the perfect mix of energy, great music, and an amazing workout. I left drenched in sweat but with the biggest smile on my face. The bikes were easy to use, and Adam’s coaching made the entire experience enjoyable and motivating. If you’ve been thinking about trying CRANK—especially if you’re a beginner—don’t hesitate.
