The customer service was excellent, the instructor was professional, and the treadmills and equipment were top-notch. The only downside for me was that the class focused more on cardio than weightlifting. Personally, I prefer more strength training and lifting weights. But that’s just my personal preference! Otherwise, it’s an amazing place with a lovely atmosphere, great facilities, and a very professional team. Definitely worth trying!

Her classes push you in ways you never thought possible. Her flows are excellent (even if the counts feel a little long sometimes, ha!), and she really challenges you to become the strongest version of yourself. I started with her beginner classes and have felt myself getting stronger with every session. I’ve now progressed to Level 2, and let me tell you, every level is a challenge in the best possible way. You’ll definitely feel the burn, but you’ll walk out feeling so accomplished and amazing.
