The more classes I do at SOMA the deeper my appreciation for it goes. Jess and the other teachers that I have had here are so personable, relatable, empathetic and good at teaching yoga. The classes are challenging enough and adapt to needs of the group. The energy is always uplifting afterwards. Thanks to the Soma team for all they do to promote this comforting environment.
