This was my first time at a Barre class and it was brilliant! The studio is gorgeous and the instructor was really helpful at prompting which parts of the body needed to be engaged. It was a challenging class but there were always modifications if needed. The soundtrack was also very motivating. I had a great time and will definitely be going again. Highly recommend!
