Reformer Flow (Beginner)
My first time joining Sheryn’s class, and she is such a helpful and sweet instructor 🫶🏼 She helped me a lot, especially with the bridges, and i could really feel the difference when doing them with the correct technique and of course with her supportive guidance. The class had a slow paced vibe, but it was definitely spicy and challenging in the best way. Thanks Sheryn! ✨🫶🏼

Yoga & Reiki Infused Sound Bath
it's one of the best sound bath classes I hv ever attended. Tianna is so friendly and greeted everyone with a big smile. the class started with some breath work then some stretching before we lie down for a sound bath. the whole class was slightly more than 1.5 hours but I didn't feel it's long enough as the whole class was very relaxing and she was guiding well throughout the session with her unique way of teaching.. the vibration from the gong and singing bowls was very immersive. Her voice was magical along with the sounds of the gongs. overall it was a wonderful experience. highly recommend.

Melinda’s class was intense enough that you could feel the burn and the sweat started to drip right after the warm up session. I love that she would go around and check on your forms. Felt really good after the session!
