se alle anmeldelserI did a wash & blow only at TRIC today. My go-to branch is always MyTOWN since it’s the closest to my house. I’ve tried the Bangsar and IOI branches too — IOI is newer and feels super luxurious — but somehow I always end up coming back to MyTOWN 🤍 I actually keep changing hairstylists at the MyTOWN branch and honestly all of them are good, but today was my first time with CY and she’s sooo talented. What matters most to me is having a hairstylist that really knows how to make your hair look good ✨ Even though I only chose the normal wash & blow (no styling or anything), she still blew my hair so beautifully and made me feel so good for my date 🥹 I also did my brow trimming (plucking) with Grace because she’s always the most calm, gentle, and gives the most natural brow shape. Somehow it’s always less painful with her too 😭 I always go to Grace for my brows. I really hope they’ll have more people like Grace, and that Grace stays here forever because it’s honestly so hard to find someone that makes you feel this comfortable 🥺🤍 Will definitely keep coming back here!

se alle anmeldelserwas scared to try due to bad reviews, and I admit maybe the staff is not familiar with certain stuffs. personally, during my visit, it started off a bit difficult since I have curly hair and it cannot be washed like straight hair (will tangle) and the staff did not know what to do. however, they are open to learning when I tell them how to properly wash and detangle curly hair. I actually had a nice experience here :)
