se alle anmeldelserThe studio was amazing - super clean and has everything you need in the changing room for you to get ready. I really liked the instructor, she was sweet and knowledgeable. I’m a beginner so i would say it felt a little fast when we do the 2nd & 3rd flow but i tried to catch up. In the end, it felt quite nice. Sweat like crazy.

se alle anmeldelserFor me, it was a super challenging class, but I guess if you visit this class more often, you get used to it fast. I liked the trainer’s energy and music! The room was without windows, so not that good-looking; I liked EQUAL Noord more :)

se alle anmeldelserI had such a wonderful Pilates class with Fereshteh! 🤍 As a Pilates instructor myself, I can be quite particular about technique, sequencing, and the quality of cues, which is exactly why I enjoyed her class so much. I especially loved her attention to breathing, core control, alignment, and consciously initiating movement from the powerhouse. The combination of controlled movement, stability, and flow was beautifully balanced. It’s such a pleasure to step out of the teacher role, become a student again, and leave feeling inspired. I’m so happy to find so many of the Pilates principles and technical details I value in my own teaching reflected in her classes. Professional, warm, and taught with so much attention. 🤍✨
