se alle anmeldelserI have now been to many different types of beginner dance classes in Amsterdam as I want to start dancing again - and let me tell you, it’s very rare to find a teacher like Suela. Not only does she have the best energy, she also teaches a choreography that’s fun and actually looks good. And maybe one of the most important things - she is motivating for beginners like myself. I sucked and couldn’t even remember 70% of the choreography but I had so much fun. And that’s what dancing is really about. Thank you Suela❤️

se alle anmeldelserClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

se alle anmeldelserIt was my first time doing Salsa Sculpt! It’s Salsa with weights and resistance bands. The instructor was so energetic that I immediately enjoyed the vibe. I left smiling and laughing at how I looked but it was worth it! Highly recommend for some endorphins 😂

se alle anmeldelserAmé esta clase la amé con la vida , realmente fue tan divertida la instructora hizo el ambiente tan cómodo tan profesional parecía una reunión con mis amigas de toda la vida, la coreografía fue realmente fácil de aprender ya que la instructora explicaba de una forma excelente , amé su energía y su carisma volvería una y mil veces a esta clase , superó todas mis espectativas

The teacher, Tianna, was a ray of energy and positive attitude, which helps to feel comfortable as a new comer. I know how to dance but I am not comfortable with choreography, the group made me feel okay being “clumsy” and at the end, I’ve just stopped controlling and had a lot of fun & good sweat 💪 - thank you!
