Just one comment but concerning the group size, they are adding more mats every time leaving no space to move freely. Would be great if they would focus on expanding the classes and instead just focus on teaching amazing yoga.

se alle anmeldelserI loved this teacher’s personality, such a fun and uplifting man! Loved the Indian-style surprise dance sesh at the end of class. Only bit of feedback is that his direction was a bit fast, so when he counted the breathing it didn’t feel like a flow but more a superspeed breath, it also made it hard to flow into each pose. I also wasn’t super into the Justin Bieber soundscape for the warrior poses, but that’s subjective! Overall it was a really fun class and I’d definitely come back! Thank you!

She is also genuinely passionate about the topic which makes the healing even more profound. “Just one feedback:” I think the Q&A part at the end must be optional for the ones who need to stay. Since it’s an extremely deep session, I would have preferred to get some quite time or talk to in person. I really didn’t feel ready to listen somebody else’s questions, but at the same time felt having to stay out of respect to her. Thanks!
