se alle anmeldelserThe class was welcoming. I enjoyed being challenged with the movements, most of it was manageable for a newbie and I’m sure the rest will be once repeated enough. Christina was very easy to follow. I would recommend if you are in need of deep hip and leg stretches

se alle anmeldelserVictoria is such a lovely instructor with a nice energy. She made sure everybody felt comfortable. A very nice class if you want to explore your own sensuality. To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. The class felt good and asked for more so will definitely join again.
