Ze is altijd vrolijk en energiek en ondanks de gemixte groep van prenataal en postnataal probeert ze iedereen de juiste uitdaging te geven en denkt ze mee wat het beste bij de persoon past. Ze legt alles goed en rustig uit en het is altijd druk en leuk in haar lessen dn aan het einde heb je echt een goede workout gehad. Iets wat ik bij andere zwangerschapslessen mis dus dit is echt een aanrader!

The instructor was really informative and kind and made an effort to know people's names. Only thing that I would suggest is that the name and description of the class is updated on ClassPass- I truly had no idea what I was coming to!

I only have a request to the studio if it’s possible to tell their students to change clothes in the room in the back rather than infront of the jackets? I felt a bit uncomfortable to wait for someone to dress down and put their pants back on in the entry area so that I had to wait to grab my jacket right infront of them. It’s great if people are this comfortable with their body but others may not be.

The instructor was experienced and created a wonderful atmosphere that allowed each participant to practice in their own space comfortably. Despite having had a busy day prior to the session, I left feeling incredibly relaxed and peaceful. It was my first time trying Yin Yoga at your studio, but it certainly won't be my last. The ambiance, coupled with the guidance of the instructor, made for a truly rejuvenating experience. Thank you for providing such a positive and enriching environment for yoga practice.

se alle anmeldelserYogaspot heeft vanaf moment 1 een hele rustige sfeer. De docent groet iedereen stuk voor stuk en vraagt of er dingen zijn waar rekening mee gehouden moet worden. Tijdens de les houdt zij goed in de gaten of iedereen de oefeningen op de juiste manier doet. Het is een pittige les die geschikt is voor pilateskenners, maar ook beginners!
