se alle anmeldelserInna is truly amazing, and the yin / sound healing combo was deeply relaxing. 💗 This space is my favorite in Amsterdam, possibly even in the entire world. This is such a peaceful environment to integrate such meditative practices. However, it would be wonderful if other participants were more mindful of their surroundings. After a session, some of us need a bit more time to fully land, but the chatter in the room afterward, even in a semi-whisper, can be quite jarring and take away from the serene experience. Perhaps it would be better if conversations were held outside to maintain the calm for everyone?

Was helaas wel iets te veel mensen tijdens de les dus je ligt dan toch wel behoorlijk op elkaar met hier en daar per ongeluk een aanraking. Wellicht het aantal beperken? The rhythm of the breathing, Chance's voice and the music he picked brought me easily into a meditative state with trust and surrender to all the strong sensations the practice made me experience. First things I said when I opened my eyes was: "WOW". Chance is a great facilitator who truly cares about offering an impactful experience to everyone. Highly recommended!
