She‘s the first trainer I witnessed in the whole of Amsterdam (sorry xD) that actually works with the inner core muscles from all angles if the request is „can we please do your“. It’s usually a lot if blanks or apps. Not worth her - It was honestly sublime. You had no glue that you were working the core until you felt it and the time flew by like that <3 thanks!!

The place is not a typical yoga school, which I see as a hidden gem. The teacher gives valuable tips and is very much down to earth. I’ll definitely come back :)
