She pays close attention to everyone in the room and takes the time to correct form when needed, which makes you feel supported and helps you get the most out of the workout. I also appreciated how encouraging and approachable she was throughout the class. The studio itself was at a comfortable temperature, which made the experience even better. One of my favorite classes so far. I’ll definitely be back! :)

The first 30 minutes felt a bit too relaxed, although the intensity picked up later and became more challenging. I understand that starting at a very high intensity right away could make the class difficult to follow, but I would have appreciated a slightly more challenging beginning. I would also love to receive more corrections and feedback from the instructor during the class.
