So, if you haven’t been to merel her class yet: GO! Merel is one of the few teachers at saints that has balls but also cares. She will push you, but also look after you. Her motivational words are there for you to push you, but also her music is just PERFECT. I have been to her class when she was new and now; she grew as a teacher. She is really one of a kind!

I absolutely love jade. She’s clear and personable and keeps the class motivated. One thing I don’t love is the cool down at f45 - it’s always on the (not super clean) floor and it’s hard to see/hear the instructor. Maybe there’s some ways to address this?

My experience was really nice! The staffs in Club sportive were super kind and caring, it was my first time going there for a workout so I didn't know where to find the changing room, or the ladies shower room and the class itself but the attending staff at the reception was nice to tour me around so I know where to go. The pilates class was really great, as we were only few, the instructor can really check our position and correct/guide us where necessary.

Pride Run (medium pace)
Fun run, especially with the Pride t-shirts and multi-coloured powder! The instructor leading us was definitely at the faster end of the medium pace range (probably 12km/hr) so the group became quite split up. A suggestion for next time could be to have some designated pacers (like 12, 10 and 8km/hr) to keep some groups together. But it was still fab!
