The Wednesday class from Nicolas was great and I'm a big fan of the Sunday class with Pieter too! I absolutely adore the focus and attention on doing movements safely. The red light therapy session was great, although it felt a bit short—I could have easily stayed longer because it made me feel really good. The only thing I missed was a mat on the floor, as it was a little bit cold. The receptionist was friendly, and the view of the iconic Olympic Stadium is a fantastic bonus.
