se alle anmeldelserThe ashtanga-inspired flow today was great. Chaska's cues kept me anchored to the present throughout the class. I had never had so many cues for drishti. Chaska is able to explain he reasoning behind what we do, enhancing my practice. Her soft adjustment helped me get into the poses even more, yet gently. Her voice and words are so soft and clear that I always leave class feeling cleaned from within, with a relaxed and calm mind. I've only taken a handful of classes with her, but she has become my favourite teacher! Super professional

I was pleasantly surprised that I could do several tricks. I enjoyed every minute of it and would definitely recommend! 🥰✨
