se alle anmeldelserI have now been to many different types of beginner dance classes in Amsterdam as I want to start dancing again - and let me tell you, it’s very rare to find a teacher like Suela. Not only does she have the best energy, she also teaches a choreography that’s fun and actually looks good. And maybe one of the most important things - she is motivating for beginners like myself. I sucked and couldn’t even remember 70% of the choreography but I had so much fun. And that’s what dancing is really about. Thank you Suela❤️

se alle anmeldelserClass - i joined the aerial hoops beginner class as a newbie and it was good. We started with stretches and warm ups before going onto the hoops. Despite being a beginner class the instructions feel pre-immediate. I found the class challenging but I enjoyed it although this may not be for everyone. Space - big spacious room with floor length mirrors and dynamic lighting, its's definately a room designed to train aerials

se alle anmeldelserClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

se alle anmeldelserI will stand by this, Dani her classes are just as much educational as therapeutic. she creates a safe space to step out of your comfortzone in this busy and high pressure life we all experience. definitely worth every second of sleep deprivation as I have to wake up early on the saturday😭

se alle anmeldelserI had a fantastic experience in the class! Gokben was incredibly helpful with adjusting our postures, which made it much easier for me to learn the moves as a beginner. In larger studios, I often feel a bit lost, but the small class size here is a major advantage.

se alle anmeldelserIt was such an amazing class. It was my first class and I loved it. Instructor gives attention to everyone and has great energy. Would surely go back. You’ll have to enter through emergency exit to get in.

se alle anmeldelserHandstands are a tough one to crack, but I’m amazed to say I already had a small win balancing on my own in a single lesson! It was only about 5 seconds but it gave me hope that this is achievable✨and it’s thanks to all the warmup exercises and other balances we did (crow pose, headstand, assisted handstand) with clear instructions and subtle corrections that really helped me to find balance. Thank you for a great class!
