se alle anmeldelserGreat class! At some point there was a little bit of confusion however the flow of the exercises was amazing. What I think is essential and I missed it a bit was few more pauses as this helps not only to take a breath but mentally also to regain the focus to continue. The extra small pauses doesn’t take away from the intensity of the class, but ensures sharper mental and physical coordination.

se alle anmeldelserLove love love his classes!! Never boring. You can really adjust the class to your energy level whether you’re feeling weak that day or very strong. Instructions are on point, i rarely have to look at him for reference. He always dedicates time at the end of the class to dive deeper into specific poses and i genuinely see progress. Also, he’s funny and has great playlists. 1000/10

se alle anmeldelserThis session was exactly what I needed. Max gently guided me a little further along my path, and through meditation, card readings, and writing, I gained valuable insights and clarity. It was truly spot on and came at just the right time. I’ve also had several 1:1 readings with Max before, which I can highly recommend as well. This session felt like a beautiful continuation of that work and connected perfectly with the insights I’ve gained from our previous sessions. Highly recommended!

se alle anmeldelserNina’s instruction during the yin-yang flow was very well paced and the sequence was clear to follow. It was just the right amount of challenge for me to return to after recovering from surgery. She offered good tips before the practice on how to work around sensitive spots of my body. I have a critique to the studio about the yoga mats however; the yoga mat absorbs the spray immediately, and therefor it is not possible to wipe clean properly, it feels unhygienic. I will bring my own mat next time.

se alle anmeldelserGreat class around a topic which I don’t see much emphasis on but it’s so needed. The exercises were a little bit dynamic - I would like to sometimes get options just to know what to do if my body doesn’t know where to go. I also very much appreciated the introduction although it may be long for people already familiar with the practice. What would be also nice is to get a list of exercises (drawing??) to continue the practice at home. Overall very good and much needed!
