Ik ben bij veel pilates lessen geweest, maar wat ik erg fijn vind aan Ash is dat ze heel gefocused is op je vorm, en dus ook langsloopt om je te helpen of je vorm te corrigeren (ze vraagt altijd eerst of ze je mag aanraken!). Heb nu pas echt het gevoel te weten wat ik goed/fout doe, en zie echt het verschil! Ze geeft ook opties om het makkelijker of moeilijker te maken, dus je kan het op jouw manier doen :) De zaal heeft airo, veel attributes, spiegels en genoeg licht! Ik raad het zeker aan

He made me feel super comfortable and knew how far to push me! The only small detail that I didn't like - the lockers don't lock! However you can see your bag all the time.
