They use soft gel with the papers to remove your hair. I do have a little hair left behind but that might be because it was my first time and there was quite a bit of hair down there. They were very kind and constantly checked on me throughout the appointment. I got a laser Brazilian, and they honestly knew more about my skin than I did. They had specific lasers suited for my skin tone and hair thickness (very coarse, by the way).
