The workout was definitely challenging, but it was still very doable as a beginner. I got a great sweat in and left feeling accomplished. I’ll definitely be taking another class with Kelsi and would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if it’s your first time!

She kept the same level of energy the entire class even when I started slipping, and I never felt any shame for needing a modification or for needing a break, but at the same time she pushed me to do the most I could absolutely do. She is a 10/10 instructor!
