    Adam (owner/trainer) was highly knowledgeable about technique and paid close attention to form, offering subtle corrections many trainers miss. The workout was brief but effective—moderately high intensity while still approachable for someone newer to rowing or functional HIIT, or getting back into it.     I’ve never taken a class like this before and I’ve done a lot of heated yoga or heated hiit styles. This was a combo of the two and I enjoyed it. The class wasn’t too hot that it was unbearable and I felt the pacing was good. I would have preferred dumbbells to kettlebells but it worked out nonetheless.
