Minor thing though, I would’ve appreciated it if we students were told and allowed to nudge someone who snored during sound bath. Pretty sure the one who snored didn’t want to disturb others either. Otherwise it was an excellent class! Will come back

I haven't practiced Astangha for sometime now, felt imbalanced at the start however as her class progressed I noticed how I felt calm, grounded and my body was able to open easily into every pose as she guided each modified asana in this practice with true devotion and dedication.
