They helped wrap my hands and showed me the intro steps before starting the class. Kennedi is a great instructor! Fun, upbeat, and helpful! I’ll look forward to going back again. They all made it easy for a first timer!

se alle anmeldelserWell-rounded workout in that happy medium of challenging but not pushing too much. The instructor saying “good” a lot was encouraging affirmation. Even with a larger class she was paying attention to form and giving corrections. The assistant instructor was also very clear and more experienced seeming. The only thing I’d change is I don’t like doing crunches in Reformer classes because 1) it’s not really utilizing the Reformer that I pay a premium for and 2) it’s very hard on my neck. There’s so many other ways to work the core with Reformer.
