I appreciate how dedicated the instructors are at learning everyone’s name and encouraging them throughout the workout to do their best and lift even stronger. While I myself was hesitant to go to a faith based workout, it thankfully is much more focused on your training and throughout the 45 minutes. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in and excited to come back again.

I especially liked that he reminded us that if we needed to sit down, we could take our time and go at our own pace.
