se alle anmeldelserInstructor was amazing, gave clear instruction and played great music, only feedback is that the lights were incredibly bright the entire time and over half of the class left early. it’s super disruptive when people leave early especially in a yoga class. I know that’s not the instructors fault but if there is any way to limit this or have people who have to leave early sit by the door that might help.

se alle anmeldelserAmiyah was great! I loved that she offered an intention at the beginning of class to help ground everyone. The music was a high tempo, sprinkled with some house — which I greatly appreciated, especially at 9:30am lol She was thoroughly engaged with the class making sure to walk around so everyone could see her. As a newbie, it was helpful to have her right next to me at times! After class, we also had a moment to connect and chat a bit. Will be joining her again soon :)

I got my training in this modality & haven’t practiced it in awhile, as I typically stick to hot vinyasa flow classes is what my energy leans into. But I didn’t know how much I needed to bring my body back to the foundations of 26 & 2 in that serious heat. It opened up some tight areas so much that I was so grateful I decided to take the class. I’ll be working on adding atleast 1 I to my routine weekly as a result. Thank you!

se alle anmeldelserAwesome! It is fantastic that nectar is offering strength training 💪 I love it. The set up was 2 circuits with 5 stations, with 4 rounds per circuit for a total of 8 rounds. It was a lot of changing stations. I think I would prefer (something like) two reps per station (short pause btw reps) and 3 rounds per circuit for a total of 8. An adjustment like that would keep you at each station longer — so you really get your form right and 🔥 burn out your muscles a little more.

I wish the speaker was working a little better because the music would cut out in the middle of a plank and that would be rough!! But overall amazing place!

Roslyn was an amazing instructor. She was incredibly kind and gave excellent, clear instructions throughout the class.
