Even though it was a power flow, it was still a very mindful, gentle flow and very well thought-out sequence. I appreciated that the flow wasn’t too hot but I still sweat! Sacred Yoga seems like a very beginner-friendly studio. I liked the extra push in the power flow and will definitely be back 💯

Kellie was extremely welcoming and took the time to help me get setup on the bike, clip in, and showed me where everything was located in the studio. Cortez was a phenomenal instructor who had amazing energy and was reassuring to go at your own pace throughout class. I was also seated next to some studio regulars who were also encouraging and high energy. I would recommend this studio! Fair warning the class is heated.

I have always been intimidated by weights and my (lack of) form, but she was right there calmly, gently offering useful assistance. I was so impressed and the clientele there was extra friendly and welcoming. I am so pumped to start my trial, and I see a membership in my future. I’ve never been this excited about a gym. 😂

She gives great corrections and wants the moves to be intentional. Studio is small, gives small private session feel.
