I got lucky for the private session as this is my first time trying. The instructor adjusts the move within my capabilities while still keeping the gracefulness. I definitely wouldn't consider it a beginner class. the warm up was good, but I just awkwardly stood there for most of the class because I didn't have the strength to do the moves being shown. people with more experience would enjoy it though
