But this one was on another level: probably the most intense and demanding class I've ever done, and at the same time the best. Every exercise had a purpose, and her energy carried me through the whole hour. I left exhausted, but feeling better and more connected to my body than ever. Huge compliment!

se alle anmeldelserThis was my first Reformer class and I really liked it. Magda explained the reformer setup during the first exercise and checked the form of everyone during the class. Not to fancy exercises which I really like as you can always add a bit more resistance and it's suitable for all levels.

se alle anmeldelserEine wirklich intensive und tolle Inferno Class mit Alda🔥 Auch wenn ich schon einige Hot Mat Pilates gemacht habe, hat sich Inferno Pilates nochmal besonders intensiv angefühlt. Das Workout war challenging, abwechslungsreich und man merkt definitiv, dass der ganze Körper gearbeitet hat. Die Atmosphäre war super und die Alda hat richtig gut motiviert. Ich komme auf jeden fall wieder! 🤍
