Awesome session! Sooo many padwork like maybe 6-7 times. Instructions are clear, we also still do some drills and practice techniques with partner, and some work outs in between. Very very push your fitness limit and still having fun. Definitely will come back!

Good camp with local vibes and fun environment. Still tourist friendly and the instructions was full in English although the coaches are Indo. Recommended for affordable cost but still get the feeling of muay thai training. Coming all the way from Kerobokan and I didn’t regret it 🙂
