Intermediate - Advanced Reformer
This class changed my opinion about Reformer! I did an intermediate-advanced class (as a beginner lol) and it was VERY challenging, which is great because I’ve found many other Reformer classes quite dull. The class was with Cristina who has great energy and I’ll definitely come back to try more of her classes. Even through I clearly booked a class too advanced for me, she took her time to show me variations that were more doable for me 🫶🏽
