se alle anmeldelseri'd like to appreciate the instructor, Jym. the intensity of his class slowly climbed up, which is easy for a beginner like me to join in. he gave a several light-off time throughout the class, offered variation for advanced riders, asked if anyone wanted him to check the form yet still went to check everyone. thanks to Jym i finally had a great time with spin class :)

I loved how clearly he communicated each movement and how he gave us enough time to pause and really be present in our bodies. The pace was slow and intentional but just enough to help me connect with each movement. He also encouraged me to try one movement that I probably wouldn’t have attempted on my own and that felt really good. Highly recommend! 🙌🏼
