    Aerial Hoop (All Levels)

    Had my first aerial hoop class, and it was so much fun! Kru Golf was amazing—had such great energy and explained everything so well. Everyone in the class was so supportive too. I’ll definitely be back!

    The dance was pretty hard but the instructor was patient and would slightly adjust the choreography if students find it hard to execute. The choreography depends on the hit song to be covered that day.

    Hammock beginner -Kru Golf

    It was my first-ever aerial yoga class, and I had a great experience. Instructor Golf was very friendly, kind, and supportive throughout the class. He explained each step clearly, made the moves feel fun and easy to follow, and gave attention to everyone in the class. The studio space was smaller than I expected, but it was comfortable and worked well for the session. Overall, I really enjoyed the class and would definitely recommend it.
