Sophie really worked our legs and thighs to their max, pushing us beyond our limits, motivating us and keeping an eye on good execution of movements. It’s quite a very Shaka and this class was quite full which which doesn’t allow for much correcting. Last time I went there at a Saturday masterclass there were 2 assistants who didn’t do much correcting either.. the room was also a bit stuffy like the air purifiers weren’t doing much. Keep in mind they charge extra for the use of their mats so the price ends being a bit steep .
