However Jen through her expertise, walked me through everything and answered all my questions and concerns. She did personalize my facial treatment, was very real about what would be achievable. She was also very generous with her time, and I didn’t feel rushed despite being her last client for the day. She also was genuinely interested in the progress of my skin journey, which made me feel like I could trust her. I appreciate her fair pricing as well. Treating yourself or taking care of your skin shouldn’t feel like it’s only attainable for the rich. Best facial experience I’ve had!

The name of the place was different from what’s on Classpass (or maybe I missed the sign?) so go to the place and go to door 5 on the right! Also, I really appreciated that she didn’t expect or force tipping. I understand ClassPass warns you, but some places I went to, regardless of my experience or satisfaction, would force me to tip that made me want to tip less than I would normally lol.
