se alle anmeldelserthe instructor was lovely and the class size was limited, which kept the experience very intimate and focused. we were supplied with everything we needed and even provided a warm cup of tea at the start. meditation, intention, and creativity all in one practice! junlin told us we could take our time, and we ended up staying for over an hour and were able to take home a bookmark with our calligraphy on it as a keepsake. it was a beautiful experience. i highly recommend this class!!

The session was mostly centered around my sciatica and not only has the pain disappeared but my legs are so much looser I barely recognize them. My nervous system and mood had improved significantly in the work. In my meditation later that evening I felt so much more energy that it was almost scary. Do note that facia work can be painful so if you are sensitive to this communicate it on the call before booking.
