For me, as a beginner, she doesn’t talk too fast as some do and I feel like I am more worried about catching up than making sure my form is correct. I really like her engagement and that she does move around and models what she is doing to help others in the class. I really love taking her classes and I look forward to doing this for myself, to build confidence, strength and work on my lower back and core work.

se alle anmeldelserI really enjoyed moonsun’s instructions and style of flow. She really makes you focus on your pose and we hold it for much longer than a lot of teachers. Your body really gets to feel the pose in depth and even if you have been practicing a while you notice that your body starts to sink into the pose or feel trembling since you normally don’t stay in that pose for that long. She is a kind teacher and I like how she adjusts the yogi’s body to make sure we are doing it correctly.
