Kellie really makes me feel comfortable in how far I take each pose and gives me the courage to try a little more or a little less depending on how my body is feeling. I am experiencing a knee injury and this class was perfectly paced for me with lots of modifications. It was amazing an honor to be taught by one of yoga’s greats! . Will be back again!

The studio is nice, bright and cozy inside. They had mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps available to borrow. Only downside is that it's close to the road, so you can hear some car noise.
