As a beginner in dancing, I’ve taken classes at other studios where I don’t get to practice the moves that many times before jumping onto the next sets. That made it really hard for me to follow through the class. I’m so glad I tried out this new format Samantha taught. It made it so easy to follow and build up muscle memory that I totally remembered all the moves at the end of the class! I would highly recommend the class and will definitely bring my friends along next time!

se alle anmeldelserSUCH a great zen class!! i appreciate how focused she is on body sensations, it was helpful to know where I should be feeling pinches, stretches, etc. It was a little warm in the studio, but the instructor turned that into something positive by setting a shared intention to *melt.* Totally reframed how I approached my practice today, and changed it for the better !!
