I’m not sure if she did it because it was really bright outside, but it caused some confusion during class as we always had to look back at her to see what she was doing. Two of the students left right before savasana, which was a little disruptive.

The space itself is clean and energetically clear , the warmth was lovely against the crisp morning I had come in from. Class pace was great and challenging enough without being overwhelming and I enjoyed the cool down walk back. Will return on my next visit. Thank you for a wonderful space to unwind in 🦋
