That serendipity aside, I’d say Shannon is a seasoned and comfortable instructor, she can fit in tons of info in her instructions without it being overwhelming. She pointed out which muscles to engage, which body parts to move toward or away from each other. I left feeling worked, sweaty, and in my body. I’ll definitely choose her classes again.
