se alle anmeldelserIt was a wonderful class. We did stretching, cardio, weights, yoga etc.. perfect blend of everything to get a nice workout in a very soothing atmosphere. Andy was Very sweet and welcoming. There are no other classes like this anywhere else for pregnancy safe exercising so I was very happy I found this class.
