se alle anmeldelserFirst time at this studio and really appreciated that the lovely Jennifer took the time to show me around, explain the differences I might notice in their specific reformer etc. The studio is very pleasant and spotless, with the fairy lights adding to the ambiance. Music was audible but not blaring. The class was great with very clear instructions and lots of helpful cues. It was proof that intentional movement and time under tension can have you absolutely feeling it! Will definitely return.

se alle anmeldelserTiegan definitely made me work, but you can’t help but love her anyway because she’s got such great energy…even when you’re suffering through those last few reps and pulses. Plenty to make you feel the burn, but she also made sure to check in on the new students and ensure they were safe and happy too. Wish the Classpass association continued because I love the flexibility to pop in when my schedule allows and catch up with these great people
